A Cabin in Wyoming

York, Nebraska - Day 2

Today we made our way on our trips biggest drive, twelve and a half hours from York, Nebraska to Colter Bay Village in the Grand Teton National Park. The drive was pretty uneventful. At around 6pm Mountain Time we stopped at a town called Dubois, Wyoming and ate dinner at the Cowboy Café. The food was good, but apparently there was a city wide power outage for about four hours and everyone’s POS systems were offline meaning they could only take cash or check. Some guy, who seemed to work there, was very loudly complaining about the whole ordeal right in front of everyone. We topped off the ordeal with some unfortunately lackluster pie before skipping town. It was about 8:30pm when we checked into our cabin which turned out to be rather spacious! We opted for a larger one with a private en suite. After unpacking the car and getting settled in, we relaxed and watched the season five finally of Game of Thrones. WHY GEORGE?? WHY?!
