The Last Hurrah

Copacabana, Bolivia - Day 13

On the last day Katie and I had in charming Copacabana, we once again hit the streets and explored the stores and markets. This little town got us through one of our worst spouts of travel blues and it really had grown on me. I am going to miss the little kids bundled up with sweaters and hats, the packs of shaggy wild dogs napping in the street, and the old ladies dressed in traditional garb whose faces explode in a smile when you tell them hello. At the end of the day, we will tell Copacabana goodnight one last time as early tomorrow we are packing the car and making our way back to La Paz Airport...
