The Cliffs of Dover

Dover, England - Day 15

After rolling out of bed, we headed to the cafeteria for breakfast. We saved some bread and fed some ducks that just wander around the campus. We decided to stop by the Cliffs of Dover before heading to London. This turned out to be a real treat as there were maybe four other people there. We coined a new term, 'Fiating' on the way. It is similar to 'Jeeping', just in a Fiat. It was misty and foggy, but that made it even more interesting. After soaking in the views we headed to London. We got settled into our hotel which was really interesting. Super futuristic. We explored the neighborhood a bit and unfortunately ate lunch at this nasty place. They can't all be winners. We went back to the hotel to rest for a bit, but then went exploring again. We walked across the London Bridge, so we could enjoy the view of the tower bridge. We found out there was a french revolution festival going on and we explored all the food markets and festivities before finding Shakespeare Globe Theater. We had dinner at Nando's, which specializes in Peri-Peri chicken. It was delicious. They also had an ice machine, which I have found out is unheard of in Europe. Anywho, we made our way back to the hotel and slept in our space pod.
